Our Little Dragons class is tremendously popular. Our elemental curriculum focuses on self-control, focus, listening & following directions as well as gross motor skills. We do this through teaching kickboxing on bags & in the air as well as partner activities like take downs and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
